Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
A consultation is not required, but it is highly recommended — especially if you are new to esthetic services or have specific skin concerns. This allows me to assess your skin, understand your goals, and recommend the most effective treatments for you.
How do I know which facial or treatment is right for me?
That's exactly what a consultation is for. During your visit, I'll evaluate your skin type, discuss your concerns, and build a personalized treatment plan. You're never expected to know what you need before you arrive.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
I recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For popular weekend appointments, two weeks ahead is ideal. Same-week availability does occasionally open up — check the booking link for real-time availability.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with a clean face if possible and avoid heavy exfoliation or retinol products 48 hours before a facial. For waxing, hair should be at least ¼ inch long. I'll walk you through any specific prep during your consultation or booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
